Crownz Pool Store is the exclusive Australian distributor for The Bottom Feeder cordless professional pool vacuum and The Shrimp KIT. We're based in Raby, NSW, and we ship Australia-wide.

Why we started Crownz

We were looking to save time and cut the hassle of setting up hoses just to vacuum a pool. We tried other corded units — too heavy. We tried cheaper units — they didn't last, and they couldn't handle the debris we came across on real service routes.

Then we came across these cordless units. They're now used on around 95% of our own service routes — taking one of the most painful jobs in pool service and making it easy.

That's the gear we sell at Crownz: the gear we'd want in our own van, because it's the gear we already run.

What we do

We are Australia's exclusive distributor for The Bottom Feeder family of cordless pool vacuums, including The Shrimp KIT. We also stock the full Vacbagz® range of debris filter bags — 57µ through to 140µ leaf bags — so pool techs can match the right bag to the right job.

What we believe

• Local support beats overseas warranty claims. Every unit we sell is covered by us, in Australia. No shipping units back to the manufacturer, no waiting weeks for assessment.
• The bag is half the vacuum. Most cleaning frustration comes from the wrong bag for the conditions, not the wrong vacuum. We stock every micron rating for a reason.
• Pool service businesses run on time, not features. The reason we sell cordless is that it gives techs more jobs per day. Everything else is downstream of that.

Where we ship

Australia-wide. Most metro orders arrive within 1–3 business days; regional orders within 3–5. We ship from Raby, NSW.
