Shipping

How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 12pm AEST ship same business day. Metro deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 business days. Regional within 3–5.

How much does shipping cost?
Free Australia-wide shipping on orders over $500. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Do you ship internationally?
No — we are Australia's exclusive distributor and ship within Australia only.

Raby, NSW.

Returns and money-back guarantee

What's the 14-day money-back guarantee?
You can return any pool vacuum within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — no restocking fee, no questions. The unit must come back in working condition with all included accessories. Contact us first to arrange the return.

Can I return a debris bag?
Unused, unopened debris bags can be returned within 14 days. Used or opened bags can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

Who pays return shipping?
If the unit is faulty or you received the wrong product, we cover return shipping. If you've simply changed your mind during the 14-day window, you cover return shipping.

Warranty

What's the warranty period?
12 months on the vacuum unit and motor. 6 months on the battery. As the exclusive Australian distributor, all warranty claims are handled by us locally.

How do I claim warranty?
Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and a short video if possible. We'll triage and either ship a replacement, send a part, or arrange a return for repair.

Product questions

What's the difference between The Bottom Feeder and The Shrimp KIT?
The Bottom Feeder is 8.2 kg with slightly more onboard motor torque. The Shrimp is the lighter portable option at 6.3 kg, ideal for high-volume residential routes. Both run the same 1.5-hour LiFePO₄ battery.

Which debris bag should I buy?
For everyday weekly servicing, the 100-micron bag is the standard. For algae blooms and fine sediment, the 57-micron Super-Fine. For heavy leaf-fall, the 140-micron or 3 mm heavy-duty leaf bag. The Shrimp pairs best with the 120-micron red.

Are spare batteries available?
Yes — both as standalone purchases and as part of multi-battery rotation packages. Contact us for current pricing.
