Returns
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the outcome.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price only.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted where:

Items are returned with damaged packaging

Items show signs of use or installation

Items are missing components not due to our error

Returns are requested outside the 15-day period
Each return is assessed individually.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:

Sale Items
